Returns

Because every Sawyer Woodworks flag is handcrafted to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Each piece is made specifically for you and is not taken from existing inventory.

Damaged Orders

We carefully inspect every flag before it leaves our workshop. However, if your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

After reviewing your claim, we'll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost if the damage occurred during transit.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when a replacement cannot be provided or in situations approved by our customer support team.
